Chris sat down to talk with Taylor about all things hypermobility. We discuss the differences  between hypermobility spectrum disorders and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), current controversies over diagnostic tests including the beighton score, her journey with her own hEDS diagnosis, alternative medicine and evidence based care, addressing the most common misconceptions, and short and long-term self management strategies for this population.
